Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Snapzi mobile application (the "App") operated by Snapzi LLC ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

1. The Service

Snapzi is a platform that aggregates, displays, and facilitates the use of deals, coupons, promotions, and new product announcements ("Coupons") submitted by various third-party merchants and brands ("Merchants"). Our service is to connect users with these deals.

2. Coupon Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

A. Accuracy and Availability

  • Snapzi does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or availability of any Coupon listed on the App. Coupons are provided by third-party Merchants and can be subject to change, errors, or withdrawal at any moment, often without our knowledge.
  • We reserve the right to remove any Coupon from the App at any time without notice.

B. Redemption

  • All issues regarding the redemption, terms, conditions, or restrictions of a Coupon are solely between you and the Merchant that provided the Coupon.
  • Snapzi is not a party to the transaction between you and the Merchant, and we have no liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from a transaction, including the Merchant's refusal to honor a Coupon.
  • You are responsible for verifying the Coupon details (e.g., expiration date, exclusions, eligibility) before making a purchase.

C. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

A. Account Creation

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

B. Prohibited Uses

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Use the App to generate automated, excessive, or fraudulent redemption activity.
  • Sell, trade, or transfer any Coupons or account access obtained through the App.
  • Copy, duplicate, or scrape any content from the App without our express written permission.

C. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, images, text, displays, logos, and trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of Snapzi LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
