We do not share your name, email, or precise location with Merchants without your explicit consent.
  • With Service Providers: We use third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App (e.g., hosting, analytics, push notification services). They are obligated to use the data only as needed to perform these services.
  • For Legal Reasons: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order).
  • In a Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Location Data Consent and Control

We value your privacy. Your location data is used only to provide you with timely, relevant local deals and is essential to the core function of the App.
